Since 1953, we have been cooking okonomiyaki in Minami, Osaka.
Our distinctive style involves grilling a thick and “bote” (plump) okonomiyaki with a “jyu” (layered) texture.
We may be clumsy, but we are proud of our continued commitment to flavor.
